A guy is making his first solo parachute jump, he pulls the rip cord but the 'chute doesn't deploy, beginning to panic he pulls his reserve 'chute, and again nothing.
As he descends he sees a guy with two spanners in his hands, and shouts "Do you know how to fix parachutes?!"
"No I don't, and I don't know much about boilers either!"
