Being a bit of a killjoy I've never understood why the perverts who take those types of photos are not locked up.

If you went into the street and took a picture of some random womans arse the fuzz would be all over you yet its OK to take upskirts of celebs

It's just a picture of someone getting out of a car. Not as if the camera is an inch from her snatch or anything. How the hell would you police that?

My complaint is not to do with the distance between camera and her ***** its to do with the intent. Its not an accidental photo, its the type of thing these crappy magazines like Heat thrive on.
