i've seen that golf hole before - it's the 19th hole on a course in South africa - it's a championship course - but you pay an extra fee to play the 19th and iirc you need a helicopter to get to the tee.....it's something crazy like a 500 yard par three

there is a video somewhere of again iirc padraig harrington and a few other brit pro's playing the whole - drilling driver of the tee
