There was some video kicking around about it, it's actually dynamic.

The sign gets information from radar as to what the flight is and where it is, so the child pointing is actually following the radar blip of the flight.

Torggler refers to the Evolution Doors, as ‘flip panel’ kinetic systems
They can be opened with the flick of a finger, and slide into position

Torggler has created five different systems of opening and closing
