First Look Inside Tokyo's New Godzilla Hotel

Earlier this year, Kotaku brought word of a new Godzilla-themed hotel opening in Tokyo’s Shinjuku. The photos were mere renderings. Now, we get a real look inside.

In this video from Jiji Press, you get a peak inside a Godzilla View Room and the much larger Godzilla Room. The hotel also serves special ‘Zilla themed sweets.

While watching the video, you might want to turn the sound off. That is, unless you like horrible music.

As previously mentioned, the Godzilla Room is 39,800 yen (£224) during weekdays and 49,800 yen (£280) during weekends and holidays. There are two Godzilla View Rooms available, with each a single bed starting at 15,000 yen (£84) a night.
