As I'm living and working in Mayo I've been mailed this quite a few times. The high quality scan I have doesn't seem to be photoshopped. It is a free newspaper that his available at supermarkets and delivered through the doors in the bigger towns.
Can't say I saw a genuine original.
A very deliberate mistake I'd say for all the free publicity
