How can you prove it though? In the old days, yes - you'd have sent in the video. These days however it's all digital - anyone could say they recorded it on their camera or whatever and just send the file in by email / sd card.... probably a sterner contract now or something..

Well if someone rips the clip off youtube, it's only going to be a few MB in size and the quality of the video when shown full screen will be pretty poor. Whereas the original will be a larger sized file and will be fairly clear when shown fullscreen. They're not going to show the video on YBF if it's poor quality. That's the only way I can think of really.
