I know a few people who purposely park over the line so that cars parking next to them don't open their door and hit their car...i.e they take up 2 spaces with half a parking space either side. ******s.

And also those cunts who don't have babies/toddlers yet park in the 'mother and child' parking bays.

If you look at the blue VW it could very well be the following: You find a parking space between two cars, but at least one of them have not parked straight. So for you to park you need to cross the white line. By the time you come back the other cars have left, and you end up looking like an complete tosser
