seriously, what the **** is the big deal? so what if torres doesnt watch pens against us . . . . neither do i. he walks to half way line so if pepe saves it ( and he usually does ) then a quick throw or kick out could leave torres one on one with the last defender or the keeper. torres has had this so called "sulk" about him since he firsat came to us. if **** doesnt go his way he gets pissed off . . . again so what!?
People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

He gets pissed off, becomes lazy and sulks instead of giving 100%.

              in your opinion.

IMO no-one has the devine right to say whether a player is giving 100% except the player himself. look at berbatov at the weekend. he still looks sulky and half hearted interest in the gane but i bet he gave 100%.

It's pretty evident that he isnt giving 100% when he neglects to close down opposition defenders and work them properly - N'Gog does it, why cant Torres?

in the games they've played together its pretty evident that they both do it as much as each other - although not enough for my personal liking.

The games Ive seen him in this season, he's worked pretty hard chasing lost causes. Even when he clearly wasnt fit.

Ive also seen Gerrard give up before when the ball's lost and have a bit of a sulk rather than track back.

Would you agree that makes him an outcast? Lets get rid, eh?

Absolutely. He has been trying his best but injuries, fitness, lack of proper service and Roy's ****ty tactics certainly did not help.

I don't think anybody should be judging his loyalty and his heart (he is still here, isn't he?) and he is the same guy that single handedly won WBA and Chelsea's games for us this year alone. Without his contribution we still would be in the relegation zone.

Give him proper support, change a manager and you will see if he cares..

I really think the MOTD comments earlier in the season about him not trying (which were bull**** IMO) combined with Roy having a go about his form (usually deflecting blame) have people jumping on the lad far too quickly.

Like you say, he's still here which is testament to his loyalty to the club. Given the state we're in, he could easily have gone in the summer and you'd have found it hard to blame him. Even when he won the World Cup, you could see he was thinking of the club - that photo of him with the LFC scarf and the winning medal was legendary.

Plus, he's never engaged with the open flirting with other clubs that others have. Im not naive enough to think things may not happen behind the scenes but his time with Athletic shows he'll give a club he cares about every chance. He stayed there longer than he should have for his own career and - if we're brutally honest - you could say the same about us at the moment.

I honestly think he's just that sort of loyal, passionate character the club needs and we'll miss him when Roy's neanderthal tactics drive him away.

See what you want to see Galb, it's really not a problem.

I've never seen gerrard take it to the extremes that torres is doing, this season. And i think in his DECADE at the club, Gerrard's earnt some slack.
