          ribery looks like a good player and could develop into an even better one. he's nowhere near worth the £13,000,000 that they're apparently going to pay though.

                  Arsenal always seem to get linked with high fees and end up paying about half as much unless they win every competition they enter and discover an affordable form of nuclear fusion. They are probably the cleverest operators financially in the PL, so I imagine they will manage to get a good deal.
