21.05.2007 - Matte castle was not worth a journey!

The FC Wacker says good-bye with a 6:1 defeat against the sports association matte castle into the summer break.

After four years Pascal GREEN FOREST returns to the FC Wacker Tirol. The 24jährige goal keeper will strengthen the team of the FC Wacker Tirol after its commitments in Salzburg and Pasching for two years (plus an option on further two years) immediately.

Pascal green forest in addition: “I am pleased again in my homeland to play to be able and would like to absolutely help again a sporty turn to introduce. With this fans and this stadium Wacker has to be over successful the fundamental conditions, the remainder by the crew will come.“

The 26-jährige Thomas Eder gets a 2-Jahresvertrag in Innsbruck and is applicable in the defensive centre zone and in the interior defense.

The Defensivallrounder looks forward to the new task:

I look forward much to the task in Tirol. I am convinced of the fact that the association and the crew have much potential and we will also again call this up.

Perhaps you can introduce yourselves briefly!
I am 48 years old, am born in Aalborg and have in Austria already three coach actions (notes: Austria Salzburg, Austria Vienna and GAK) behind me. I am married, have two children (Therese 11 years and Kristoffer 9 years). My Hobbies is ski driving and wheel driving.

The combat crew of the FC Wacker has a very heavy spring behind itself, where you see possibilities for improvement?
One must say, the season of the Tiroler was divided into two halves. The autumn was very good, with mad victories for example against the current master talks bulletin Salzburg. Only then it did not fold in the spring unfortunately any longer so well. I know that I can move something in Tirol! We need run readiness, a good organization and team spirit.

The Tiroler football fan is very critical, how you want to win the hearts of the fans with their team in the coming season?
I am in any case ready to place me before the fans! Communication with the fans is enormously important for me. I will look for discussions with the fans, in order to perhaps vacate misunderstandings from the world. The whole surrounding field must simply more positively think.

How does your football philosophy look out?
A good basis is important, to each player must its task and it then also as well as possible settle. The plays at home want to have and we control, so that the Tivoli new becomes correct home advantage.

What do you know in Tirol, except the Tivoli, still everything?
Some years ago I was times in the Zillertal ski vacation and that was very beautiful. Otherwise know I from Tirol not yet very much!

How does it look with the Tiroler kitchen?
(Lars grinst) Tiroler Gröstl and a Brettljause still know I from the ski vacation.

Does your family come also to Tirol?
No, the family remains in Salzburg. They have there their friends and the children to go also there to the school. I will look for myself here a cosy dwelling.

26.05.2007 - Jerzy Brzeczek leaves the FC Wacker Tirol

Since the season 2004/2005 with the FC Wacker Tirol under contract standing poles Jerzy Brzeczek next season no more in the Dress of the FC Wacker Tirol will not accumulate.

This decision was made after discussions of the player with chairman Gerhard Stocker, sport manager Christian Ablinger and the new coach Lars Söndergaard.

Coach Söndergaard: “I do not have myself in addition decided the services of Jerzy in the next season to no more up to take. He is surely a good player, but I have two very good players available with Vaclav Kolousek and Florian Mader, which fit ideally into my concept on this position.
