Thought Woodgate kept him pretty quiet, myself.

Strangely Woodgate had a decent game too (apart from when Villa skinned him good and proper for the goal) but Villa was so bright. Great bit of play in the build up to Nando’s chance. He was effervescent, I thought.

Xavi was the boss for me.
Villa was decent, but didn't get much of a look in.

Aye, Xavi seems to have regained some form. He was impressive.

I seen bits of the game and thought Villa was the best player on the night from what i seen.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

              * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

Only thing is though, if we signed him, I think it would be almost the end of the road for Bellamy.

Do you think? Why couldnt we keep Bellamy hes a useful player for us and IMO has be very under valued by fans.

For me i think Crouch will be the first striker out the door

Oh no! How on earth would we replace those seven goals...

Balague has said If David VIlla left Valencia it would only be for R Madrid or Chelsea.

He said this before we got the investment

I think we have a great chance to sign him if the spanish boys have a word to him and likes what he sees at Liverpool
