Bitter? I'm delighted we didn't sign him. He's an average premiership player who thinks he's better than he is - but didn't have the bottle to join a big club and compete for a place in the starting XI.

Just don't like hearing elitist bull**** from fans, there's no reason to dislike a player just cause he decides not to join us, we aren;t the only club in the world, he made the choice for himself, whether it was for money or not, doesn't matter.

Just have some respect, he made his choice, fair enough, like Rafa said, maybe he wasn't the right player for us, live and let live, surely its a bit low stooping to celebrate an average player who didn't join us getting injured, I mean, c'mon ?

I've done the rounds myself mate - Heysel and Hillsborough etc so spare me the lecture.

I dont suppose you checked to see when Eto'o was due back when we drew Barca in the CL by any chance? You know - hoping his injury would keep him until after we'd played them?
And I don't suppose you'd smile inwardly if Ronaldinho tweaked his hamstring the week before they're due to play us either?

Football fans the world over hope that other teams players are out injured so just get over it. I mean - Neill's situation is hardly life threatening.
