Sort of know what you mean, but it doesn't represent the entire nation as a whole. I for one am perefectly aware what Englands inadequecies are, nor do I believe that we will win every tournament we enter, to be honest, if we win one in my life-time, i will be pleasantly suprised.

As for 19, its a much more pertanent if not more distant dream. Someday my friend, someday.

Being Scottish myself I find it hard to contain my excitement when we beat the likes of Georgia () but then I look at the group and realise that we're in with the two world cup finalists plus a quarter finalist and realise that there no way that we'll qualify.

What a ridiculous statement. I don't care about England but even I could tell you England win games far, far more regularly than any of the other home nations.
