Thanjk you.

I have to say I always have sympathy for footballers who actually want to play when they get long term injuries.
Owen did a lot for us while he was here. I have no hard feelings. I think the club have done their best to look like it was all Owens fault with the contract/transfer situation but if you look at the Gerrard situation the next year it becomes clear that our board have not always conducted themselves in a way which makes players happy in negotiations.
agree
the others are just cold, heartless *******s
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do
As for Mickey, knowing what an ambitious little ****bag he was and thinking he was too big for Liverpool, I bet he is sitting at home wishing he never jumped ship.
It is quite sad the way a promising career has been flushed down the toilet, and ignoring the man and what he did, such a waste of potential is always a shame for that reason alone I do feel somewhat sorry for him
I felt let down by Owen when he left, and it is clear that he made a bad decision (or two) but I still cannot get over the fact that he had what he viewed at the time to be an opportunity. He may have even viewed it as a career progression (mistake No.3). Given the same choices what would I have done, simple I would have stayed at Liverpool, but as has been said before "he made his bed..." I personnally hope he is comfy but I and Liverpool have moved on and all looks good for us, I would not resent Owen getting over his injury and playing again, in fact I wish him a rapid recovery. It is only by playing and beating the best that LFC can be the best whether that be an individual or a team and Owen was class.
Hey buddy. I hope he gets better soon. But he sure did flush his career down the toilet. What really bothers me about Owen was the way he pretended he wanted to come back to LFC but ended up at in Geordie land. He put his personal greed, going to Real, England ambition, going to NUFC, ahead of LFC. I'm amazed at how much support he had at the old site.
