CL- AC Milan V Man Utd Build Up 24/4/07 Semiiiiiiiiiii Final Time
All we can hope for is that the tie is still alive after the first game, because if we progress into the final next tuesday then Milan will really be fired up at the thought of revenge.
It's a shame Milan are so notoriously defensive, because there could be goals for them here. But i bet they dont go for it. I'd be surprised if Milan score more than once (if that).
It's 3/1 for a Milan win, which SHOULD represent excellent value, but the problem is, with their mentality, their ambitions tonight probably go as far as getting a draw...and no more.
Pearce and Ferguson will go head-to-head on 5 May
Manchester City have refused to move back their derby fixture against Manchester United on 5 May by 24 hours.
United asked for the match at Eastlands to be moved to give them more time to recover from the 2 May Champions League semi-final, second leg in Milan.
The Reds will only have 48 hours to prepare for the derby and felt it was reasonable to ask for the switch.
However, City rejected the request and insist the game must go ahead as planned, with a 1245 (BST) kick-off.
606: DEBATE
Nice one City - why should we aid United's title chances?
MM
Extra spice had been added to the Manchester derby when it appeared United would clinch the Premiership title with victory at Eastlands.
However, that scenario is now an outside prospect as United would have to beat Everton at Goodison this weekend, while Chelsea would need to lose their home game against Bolton.
That would leave Sir Alex Ferguson's side holding a six-point advantage, knowing a win over Stuart Pearce's City would effectively seal the championship.
United won this season's reverse fixture in December at Old Trafford 3-1, with goals from Wayne Rooney, Louis Saha and Cristiano Ronaldo.
I have just had a dream that has left me so excited at the thought.
United are 3 - 0 down at half time at the theatre of ****e tonight. The manc loving commentators invoke the istanbul mantra "teams can come back from 3 - 0 down, we saw Liverpool do it at Istanbul." As their little manc loving arses stop twitching at the thought of the scum doing a "Liverpool;" Milan go on to score 3 more in the second half.
The rest of the dream was about me getting a BJ off Patsy Kensit, not as good as the first part of the dream, so I won't bore you with it.
Forza Milan

Better than my dream then - I woke up at 4am in a cold sweat having just "watched" Scum beat Milan 4-1 in the 1st leg. I was gutted that they had beaten Milan with an injury ravaged side.
