I will next time, today I struggled to get back in the motor to drive back down the A470.

Go down to Abersoch for the day (only if it's sunny, if it's crap weather, go to Llanberis) down to Caernarfon to see the castle, and then back to Beddgelert for a nice pub meal

If you go to Llanberis, go to the lake railway, cheaper than the Snowdon one and there's more to do down that side.
