Been down in Cardiff over the weekend staying with the sister and going to the All Star Cup in the Celtic Manor - great day out on Monday!

Back in sunny Aberystwyth now though and looking forward to Wales getting a positive result against the Czechs at the weekend. Come on Cymru!!
