What about the stories that fat Sam went for the job at Newcastle a while back and when he saw Shearer on the interview board he walked straight back out again?

If this was true, why would he go for the job there again, because i can't see anything having changed with regards to Shearer not being involved in the club in any kind of capacity.

Good shout, i cant see fat Sam taking over there and having Shearer perched on his ****ing shoulder all the time.

I wouldnt be surprised if they brought Shearer in now, with Sven or somebody of that ilk as Director of Football to guide the kunt.

Wouldn't surprise me if his son put a few grand on this - and then Sam declined the job.

I recall that Roeder was reluctant to take the job, he initailly saw himslef as a stopgap as he was enjoying running the youth team (or something similar). I believe he did a good job considering:

1 The Newcastle supporters are a ****ing disgrace to their club, so fickle it beggars belief;

2 The Board is too susceptible to the fans fickleness;

3 Newcastle only seem to spend money on strikers with the rest of their squad being poor;

Roeder inherited ****e in a club that consistently underperforms - what can he do in such a short time?

Then there's the Alan Shearer factor. He's been hanging around the place like a ****ing albatross during Roeders reign.

Why don't they just make him manager and get it over with already? To be honest I'm dying for them to do this. He will be so far out of his depth that the fans will turn on him. Their golden boy.

Think it will end in tears with Fat Sam too. The inbreds want attacking attractive football, most on them still remember the Keegan era, and every team since is compared with it. Can't see Fat Sams Punt and Head going over well at all.

They have some decent players but no defence and too many wingers. It is a very badly balanced squad. I guess if he can get Nicky Butt back to form and Owen fit then there is a decent basis for a team but I really think that Shephards influence on purchases have made it hard for any manager coming in.
