I genuinely believe he's genuinely clueless. He's making Eriksson look like Bob Paisley.

I detest him and I will be cheering for Brazil tonight. I hope Estonia make mugs of us and I hope England don't qualify for Euro 2008. Never thought I'd hear myself say that but it's true. I normally want them to win without being overly fussed, but now I actively hate them - and it's mainly due to McClaren and, before him, Sven. Oh yeah, and all those Manc & Chelsea *******s who happen to play for them.

is there anybody out there who seriously believes that this tosser is the right man for England?

So do people want England to qualify for the Euro's in 2008 - and Maclaren to lead us there?

I dont support England, but any tournament without England is boring. I would love them to qualify but with that clown in charge i don think England have a chance especially the way his selection of players/tactics are being employed.

Listening to 606 after the Brazil match a few chelsea supporters agreed with Alan Green that Lampturd cannot play with Gerrard in the centre and NEEDS TO BE DROPPPED. But does the clown has the balls to drop him i don think so. Gerrard can play at any position be it right back/right wing/attacking midfielder and as a holding midfielder the versitility that he provides to the England team it seems sven and the clown have taken advantage of it. Everyone knows that Gerrard is the most effective in the centre as he showed in the Andorra game then why not play him there and build the team around him.

Ah well we can make all sorts of assessments/opinions but nothing will change. I wonder what action the FA will take wif England dont qualify since they will miss out around 40 to 60 miliion pounds.
