thats the thing...if it drags you have wasted loads of dosh on him.

Maybe put a cheeky bid in for him...but i'd defo go for Drogba or Berbatov.

Also Da Silva at Arsenal was supposedly pretty dangerous last night. He will definately get chances to score at Arsenal...so he could be a handy pick up

Wondering if I can get players who will definitely start for one and will score points but perhaps are not on peoples radar ... Has Parker gone to the Hammers . If so I think he could be a good signing

If West Ham do OK this year then Ashton will score loads, people may have forgot about him due to his injury.
Depending on where Dyer goes, he could be an astute signing, often plays off the forward now rather than the wing.
You could also take a gamble on Wright-Phillips while he's frozen out at Chelsea and hope another team snaps him up.

Is Young a striker or a mid?

I think Carvalho may fall under peoples radars.

Pedersen is a great fantasy player....also Martin Petrov, who has just moved to City will be a good fantasy player. He scores some cracking goals. If you dont get the ones on your list...he may be a last ditch signing, who could turn out to be great.

Oakley will be Derbys best fantasy player IMO.

You really need a top notch striker now. Van Persie and Berbatov would do nicely. Also a good mid, say Arteta.

Nearly everybody worth getting is gone now mate in the striking dept... the two stand outs left are Robbie Keane and Martins ..... amazingly Rio Ferdinand is also available ... so I am put all my eggs in Martins and Ferdinands ... basket so to speak and spreading the rest .. If I get Martins I think I have the making of a very good side .. I think Newcastle will do well under Big Sam

You definately need a striker. Bellers will do OK, but you need more.

Ive played this style of fantasy games alot over recent years....and its always better to spend big on players who will score regularily.

Last year i had Ronaldo, Lampard and Drogba....who took me a long way into the game. Then fill out the squad with decent cheap players. Last year Bentley was the bargain to be had.
