Unlike Australia, who's quality of football saw them eliminated in the quarters?
Second half was much better and Iraq won! Congratulations to them, much the better side and if ever a country needed a lift, it's Iraq.

I watched the whole game. Poor quality football for the most part but the Iraqi's were easily the better side and deserved their win. Delighted that they won, never has a country needed a lift like Iraq today.

well i only watched the second half, and i thought some of the football was good, 'if a bit loose'. thought the game was pretty exciting thoiugh and am glad(but dont know why) iraq won.!Comment

I watched the game on Sopcast and they totally dominated the Saudis who were fave to win the tourney. They played the better football and could have scored more towards the end.
Iraq proved today that the will/big heart of man can triumph.
