I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One day cricket, 20/20 or 50 overs IS the future.

Thats where all the television money is and it is what the masses in India (and Pakistan) want to watch.

BTW lads, Pakistan are coming to India - we is going to get revenge for the 20/20 fluke!! Watchout!!

We'll see what happens. Dhoni has cut his hair so he means business now.

Read some right crap in this thread. 50 over cricket used to be referred to as pyjama cricket by the English (that's when they were crap at it). Was all about Test Cricket when they beat Australia...that's what was most important.

Personally I think Test Cricket is a good indicator of a how good a cricket team is. India won the Test Series in England didn't they?

Now that England have a decent one-day team, 50 over cricket is just the best. Is it fcuk. It's now become boring to watch after 20/20 has been introduced.

India had played one 20/20 game prior to the World Cup and played brilliantly to win it. Their main problem is that they rely too much on the old guard now. Once the youngsters are given a proper chance we'll be back in all forms of the game.

yes, I'm sure the Paks, Aussies, Saffies and English teams all thought that as we rolled them over.

I don't think you've had any English lads saying ODI's are the best.

If you know your cricket and you're more than 12 years old, you'll know that Test cricket has always been the proper game. Forget the money, that's not what cricket is about. Kerrie Packer tried to use money to revolutionise cricket in the 80's. It was fun, but Test cricket was always regarded higher.

We lost to Australia, 5-0, we lost to India at home, but you still won't catch me saying ODI's are more important than Test cricket, I even said the same when we were ranked 9th in the Test cricket ratings.

Pakistan's draw with the asian champions was a much better result
