I'm in Canada at the moment and its amazing how everyone you talk to still associates hooliganism with 'English' football fans. When in fact we all know that the likes of Italy, Holland, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Greece and even Cyprus (Yes Dhavlos) have far far worse problem with hooligans than we do.

This is the second major episode to happen in Italy already. How many in England? Or any other European countries?

I don't condone the violent response but I wish people in this country were rather more animated when the police shoot people dead.
        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.
