We should go for Mourinho or Martin O'Neill.
Mourinho is a truely great manager. His record at Porto was top notch and he did well at Chelsea. es he had cash but he spent it well on the whole. But look at his record at Porto, winning the UEFA & CL in successive years. We quite rightly praise Rafa for doing the same with Valencia & us but he did it with a Portuguese club.
