    I dont think Jeffries could inspire the players or get them pumped up for a battle.

    The scotland boss needs to be able to get the players mentally prepared for a battle

          This is what he said when he took over at Bradford a few years ago, (I'm paraphrasing here but still):

          "We're in a dogfight here, I need workers and grafters to get us out of it, flair players are luxuries we can't afford".

          Now we don't have any flair players in our squad, apart from McFadden on his day, but still I don't want someone who thinks like that managing the team. ****in dinosaur he is.
