Decent manager. Deserves a shot at a bigger club than pompey.

But the daft ones will probs sack him after a year anyway...

He is currently 8/11 on Betfair. Fancy a silly bet on Houllier at 25/1.

Betfair. I always punt old Gerard as the law of averages say he is bound to touch for a premiership job at some stage.

Might not be a bad shout. We were boring but solid with 'ol Ged.

Mind you if all this media bollocks about Newcastle fans just wanting to be entertained is true, Keegan should be a shoe-in.

It's a poisoned chalice managing Newcastle. With the massive stadium, fans, reputation, finances etc then it should be a job that managers would want - however since Keegan has left, it's been a revolving door.

I'd hazard a guess at possibly Jol, or Houllier...erm, fook knows really

I don't think Newcastle is geographically in the right place for Harry to manage them.
