If true his first act IMO will be to try to persuade Finnan to change his mind on International retirement.

Well, here we are in a room with two manky hookers and a racist dwarf. I think I'm heading home.

          Maybe that's why Finnan quit!

Home wins and away draws are exactly what is needed to qualify.
You can agree with me, or you can be wrong.

I'd be happy if that's all we were getting
Contrary to popular belief, I have huge genitals.

How old are you? Do you remember how boring Jack Charlton's teams of the 80's and 90's where? Long balls all day long. We made it to the 1/4 finals of the WC drawing all our games

Until the compo is sorted. I'll put my reputation(not that its worth much) on the line.

The FAI have an initial salary cap but this has been enriched by a huge "donation" by a anonymous business man who's instructions were to "go and get the right man".

And no its wasnt Tom Hicks who made the donation.

Exactly what I was thinking. We may have played crap football back then. But I don't remember being bored when we got to the World Cup.

I still haven't heard who Nic suggests has a better CV? He's the best man for the job IMO.

I wouldn't be displeased with him either. But given that he's been out of football for so long, and his CV isn't as impressive as Houlliers(Houllier has been succesful for the past decade, while Dalglish hasn't really worked in a decade). I'd be happy with Dalglish, but Houllier is a good bit ahead for me.

Correct not bored when we got to the WC but all we did was play long balls from the back (keeping the ball out of the danger zone) to Niall Quinn all the day. It wasn't fancy and we settled for 1-0 all the time.

Ahh England and Italy....2 of the happiest days of my life
