      I read a story at the weekend which said Ramos had never seen Hutton play and wasn't familiar with him at all. It said he didn't want Defoe either but on both occassions he was overruled by Spurs sporting director Daniel Commoli.

      It's probably bollocks, but if it's true then Spurs are storing up problems for themselves.
