The security looked very professional too - a bit like thisOriginally posted by The Glove View PostIt was a crackin performance. It was only ruined by the weather as it absolutely pissed down. Everyone honestly had a great time and I know they'll be back for more on 6th Sept against Wigan Robin Park.

I'll be there on the 6thOriginally posted by The Glove View PostIt was a crackin performance. It was only ruined by the weather as it absolutely pissed down. Everyone honestly had a great time and I know they'll be back for more on 6th Sept against Wigan Robin Park.
We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

AFC Liverpool maintained their 100 per cent start to their league campaign with a thrilling 5-4 victory away to Rochdale Town.
The Reds took the lead early on when Dean Thurston coolly fired home but found themselves 3-1 behind and a man down at the break after Ryan Wignall was sent off for deliberate handball in the penalty area.
They were faced with a mountain to climb but in true Istanbul-style they drew level midway through the second period courtesy of goals from James Dever and Smeaton.
The hosts were then reduced to 10-men but despite the level playing field, the visitors fell behind soon after and looked on the verge of defeat.
However, substitute Ian Sheridan headed them level before Thurston smashed in a late winner to clinch a dramatic win.Spirit Of Shankly Member 399

No sadly not. We have to wait 2 years before entering it. Next season we are allowed into the FA Vase and FA Trophy, which last years winners came from our league and they had their day out at Wembley.Originally posted by RoadEnd View PostAre AFC Liverpool entered into this year's FA Cup?
This season we are only in the Vodkat League Cup, the Vodkat Div1 Cup and also the Liverpool Senior Cup which would see us have a third round tie against Tranmere Rovers should we win the first 2 rounds.Bill Oddie, Bill Oddie, put your hands all over my body.

AFC LIVERPOOL BOSS LANDS AWARD
Liverpoolfc.tv 04 September 2008
AFC Liverpool manager Derek Goulding has won the Vodkat Manager of the Month Award for the month of August.
Goulding has been rewarded for a perfect start to the season which has seen his side win all four of their opening games, quickly gaining a reputation for attacking, flowing football along the way.
AFC Liverpool have played at home just once, but have still managed to power to the top of Vodkat League Division One, scoring sixteen goals in the process.
"It's pleasing. I'd sooner win the league obviously. But it's a first step and a bit of recognition for the excellent start we have made," said a delighted Goulding.
"We have a good base to build on, and the award is something that all of the backroom staff and the team can take credit for."
The Reds will be hoping for another victory on Saturday when they play at home to Wigan Robin Park at Valerie Park, the home of Prescot Cables FC. Kick off is 3pm. Entry is from £2 and is pay on the gate.

Wednesday night, Liverpool Snr Cup, First Round, 7.30pm Kick Off (and not 7.45 as said in the Echo and LFC matchday programme)
AFC Liverpool V Waterloo Dock. There will be a winner so Extra time and Pens are possible.
Should be a crackin game as Waterloo Dock are a very good side only prevented promotions by the ground grading rules, they are currently top of the league below AFC Liverpool.
There is **** all on, so get down to Valerie Park,Presot on Wednesday night. You will enjoy it!!Bill Oddie, Bill Oddie, put your hands all over my body.
