He dives a lot just like 90% of the players or so in La Liga. It all comes down to how much the ref allow the players to do. Torres for example dived a lot in La Liga.

To use the ref is a part of the game, like it or not.

Its a part of football in spain that players will dive and they see it as being crafty and clever its just the culture. As for him spitting thats not on!...though i always like in films when someone (usually the south american drug lord or italian mafia) kills someone then spits on them and calls their mother a whore!
