Its neither clubs now in my opinion.

Both were formed after 1988 so neither could have won it.

Whatever next, FC United claiming a Champions League win because some fans went and supported them?
Twin boys - now arriving late August 2008.

Its gonna be Fernando and Gerrard if I get my way!

No but if Man U had gone to Milton Keynes though, and the fans left behind re-set up Man Utd then absolutely. Thats effectively what happened to Wimbledon.

their club just upped and ****ed off, and their fans had to re set up the club they used to have.

as such yes i'd say its their cup.

        I'm with you.

Wimbledon never really ceased to exist. A team from Wimbledn won it, and a team from Wimbledon still exist. They both have the same fan base, and both served the same community.
        Forwards.......

They should give us the FA cup stuff that they robbed from us in the first place.

Same stadium, same name, same league, same players, same staff, same bank account, same registration at Companies House, same attendance....?

It's a different club. You can't even claim with any confidence that the fan base is the same.

I agree with Neil. I don't see what sort of case AFC Wimbledon think they have.
