Fingers crossedOriginally posted by Chazza1978 View PostFans favorite though Dawson.
Could go the same way as his time at Chelsea if he ain't careful.
He is a good defender aye but his relentless hoofing is even worse than Carra's.Originally posted by Lee View PostThink Dawson is a good defender personally.
The rest of them are wank but it does seem weird to gut the entire defence at this stage. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

QPR are close to snaring Tottenham defender Michael Dawson for a fee in the region of £5.5m.
R's boss Mark Hughes stepped up his efforts to sign a new centre-back following the 5-0 home drubbing by Swansea in Saturday's Premier League curtain-raiser.
Dawson is now set to undergo a medical and finalise personal terms at the west London club.
The 28-year-old's future at White Hart Lane has been in doubt and he was left out of the squad beaten by Newcastle at the weekend.
He has found himself down the central defensive pecking order, with Younes Kaboul, William Gallas, Steven Caulker and summer signing Jan Vertonghen preferred options for new boss Andre Villas-Boas.

Sky Sports understands Tottenham are close to finally agreeing a deal to sign Emmanuel Adebayor from Manchester City.
Spurs have been chasing Adebayor all summer after he impressed at White Hart Lane during a loan spell last season.
Adebayor impressed with 17 Premier League goals last term and City have been willing to offload the Togo international.
A deal between both clubs was agreed last month, but the move is thought to have stalled over personal terms.
However, it is understood a compromise has now been reached to pave the way for Adebayor to make the switch to north London.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas has admitted he is looking to add another striker to his squad and it appears Adebayor will now fill that void.

I always think he's one of those defenders who 'has a mistake in them'. Generally good but will unexpectedly screw something up horrible. As Shaggy says he's also far from a cultured CB.Originally posted by Lee View PostThink Dawson is a good defender personally.

Quite surprised at this news.
Only a couple of seasons ago, Dawson was one of the best centre-halves in the country based on his performances. Very Carragher-esque in his play, except he didn't look as 'last ditch stuff' as Carragher.
He'll go for a ball-playing centre-half with pace. Not many of them.
