Levy is the problem at Spurs, every season it's the same and a manager gets the boot.

You have to look at the common denominator in it all and it's Levy; the supposedly hard nosed negotiator is someone that makes knee jerk decisions which keeps them from moving forwards.

Agreed it's not the best match. If Levy just sat in the background and let him get on with it I'd fancy Rafa to make Spurs a force. But also potential for it to go tits up.

I'd be surprised if Rafa wanted to give up Napoli for them but his desire to live and work in this country is very strong.

Yep. His knee jerking had him have the likes of Christian Gross, Juande Ramos, Martin Jol, Harry Redknapp, George Graham, AVB, Glen Hoddle, David Pleat etc ... All sacked, and Levy is still there.
