There's no mental gymnastics that means CL winning the final is a good thing. It's massive for them to win it. Unless they spunk all the money in the window on wasters, again.

Live scenes at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium today…
Daniel Levy and Ange Postecoglou were spotted this morning grappling with an IKEA flat-pack trophy cabinet, presumably in anticipation of finally having something shiny to put in it.
Levy, looking like a man trying to decipher the Rosetta Stone, held the instructions upside down while Ange, ever the pragmatist, muttered Aussie obscenities at a rogue Allen key.
Nearby, a Europa League trophy stood awkwardly on the floor, almost embarrassed by the chaos unfolding around it.
For a club so famously allergic to silverware, assembling the cabinet might prove harder than actually winning the thing.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkMe, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Dude, that trophy room is filled to the brim of stuff like"really the best team in the league" awards. "Most cunning manager" "the better team against Liverpool for 46 minutes" etcOriginally posted by Buzzo View PostBetter than the live scenes at the Arsenal stadium!!!In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

I know - But he had a massive injury list to contend with, had to play the kids more often than not and saw Sun fall off a cliff. TBH I'd probably would have given him until xmas with minimal backing and see how'd they got onOriginally posted by Kenneth View PostThey lost 22 out of 38 league games, he had to go.I make no apologies, this is me

It's the best outcome for spurs and Ange. They need a rebuild and you can't give that money to Ange, and Ange can go and look for a job after a trophy without the embarrassment of more of the same next season.Last edited by Kenneth; 06-06-25, 06:35 PM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years
