Yeah, I thought that the year we beat West Ham just before they signed Mascherano and Tevez, and then proceeded to nearly get relegatedOriginally posted by Red_Polo View PostI think he'll do pretty well for them. Nice that we've beat them once before they've made a couple of good signings

Cisse's a funny guy and I have nothing against him but he's ****, absolutely ****.
He can run fast in straight lines as long as he doesn't have to touch the ball too much and he can hammer a ball if you give him time and space. Hope he does well at Sunderland though."My commitment to Liverpool is 100 per cent. I would die for that Liverpool shirt. I think the club loves me and I feel the same, no matter what the situation." - Pepe Reina, Nov '09.

hmm and Rafa has been linked to Jones...Originally posted by Marky View PostI think he'll be a success. Sunderland have the players to provide him with plenty of service.
I reckon Keane will look to offload Jones in the January transfer window, get some big bucks for him hence the signings of Cisse and Healy.

He wasn't the answer for us, but '****' is grossly unfair. I'd have him over Crouch, Kuyt, Baros, Voronin, Morientes and numerous other strikers we've seen wear the red shirt in recent years.Originally posted by ShaggyAlonso View PostHave to say I'm looking forward to seeing Cisse regularly. It'll be interesting to see how he does. Ultimately he was **** but he remains the single fastest footballer I've ever seen play. That was exciting.
If he stays fit and plays regular he'll score 15-20 goals this season. Guaranteed.

Everyone's waiting for it to happen, as you say a calm Roy Keane isn't naturalThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Came off the bench to win it for them today against Spurs (you've got to laugh) and I think he'll do well for them. A passionate player who's been extremely unfortunate with injuries and has done well to even get back playing. Needs a team to play to his strengths though as I don't think he has the 'game intelligence' to adapt to a different style.
