I think I'm going to be violently sick.
Manure have paid 30.7 ml and loaned us Frazer Cambell in return for berbatov AND....A pledge NOT to persue the charge to the prem league of manures conduct in the affair.
In other words, Spurs have sucked up to manure for what will amount to a couple of mill. That, in my book, is prostitution. We prostitute ourselves for manure to shaft us up the arse. Give us an extra couple of quid not to report it to the police.
But if we say no, the police are in their pocket so they are doing us a favour.

Except they wouldnt take Voronin or Pennant on a season Long loan deal

Did`nt one of ManU`s top men just take over from Brian Barwood at the FA????Originally posted by Warren View PostIf our FA had any balls surely they'd be able to follow it up anyway, don't hold your breath!!
No chance of ManU paying any penalty, they`ll get loads at OT like every other season though.

Im sickened that Spurs aren't going to report the Mancs but we all knew this was coming. The finance guys were busy doing the deal whilst Berbatov was doing his medical. It was obvious so im not sure why Levy even bothered to tell SSN that he never gave them permission.
Spurs made the decision to let him go and have no-one to blame but themselves. They could have stood up to the Mancs but didn't

General feel at the lane?...
why on earth do we want a bloody trainee that won't make us a penny piece?
We've even dropped the bloody claim against them.
F**k off, Spurs. You make me sick.

They would have a pissed off player rotting in the reserves, miss a one off chance to sell for a stupid amount of money and stifled team rebuilding for January.Originally posted by Harveybirdman View Post**** sake, really thought Spurs would have the cajones to stand up to Utd then.......
Why can't the Premier League look into it anyway? Surely the Police don't stop looking into a murder if the family don't want to press charges. It's still tapping up whether the other side report it or not.

Was it really tapping up though? I thought I read that the source of the tapping up quotes was a danish(?) blog which eventually admitted making them up. Have I missed something else since?Originally posted by slimbimjim View PostThey would have a pissed off player rotting in the reserves, miss a one off chance to sell for a stupid amount of money and stifled team rebuilding for January.

Anyway Spurs are a selling club and there was no way Levy was not going to sell for that money. He did well to get more than he was originally asking for. To me it looks like a bit of blackmail at the end got him Frazier Campbell for year. Sure he could have reported Manure but how would that benefit Spurs? No I think he did the right thing for his team. The Crushing Machine MKII

Sounds like BS to me. Spurs said they'll sell for 30m weeks ago, so why would they not let him speak after manure offered 30m + Frazier Campbell.Originally posted by wiw View PostSSN were saying that Spurs hadn't given Utd to talk to Berbatov while he was at Carrington (or whatever the **** it's called)The Crushing Machine MKII
