They're slowly building a solid premiership unit which takes time and I've said it before but it's not easy to attract a high calibre footballer to a club with little history in a ****hole area of the country.
Keane has overspent on players but he's done what he had to do to bring them in, he's got the budget for it so theres no problem. I don't think there are many teams who can/do survive in this league on a shoestring budget. Steve Bruce has been backed pretty well at Wigan.
