          Walcott always had the talent, i wanted us to sign him from the start.

          He has that spark and electric ability that you cant teach. It's just god-given talent.

          What he needs, is what can be developed - maturity, experience and intelligence.

          He'll be a top class player for many years.

                People forget Stephen Ireland too.He's a top player and was the best player on the park last week against pompey. Totally destroyed them with his passing IMO.
