TOTTENHAM are set to make an £8million summer swoop for French striker Djibril Cisse.

White Hart Lane chief Harry Redknapp failed in a hush-hush move for the 27-year-old Sunderland ace in January BEFORE he landed Robbie Keane.

The deal fell down only because Cisse had played for his parent club Marseille at the start of the season and two loan moves in one campaign are not allowed.
