Didn't he have a bit of a fall-out with Mourinho? Think Jose called him a flash ******* or something. He couldn't have done any worse than that lump Adriano.

He did make something at the weekend so yeah, quite disappointing.

Inter were much improved in the second half although Muntari was ****ing awful, Adriano gave Evans a torrid time. Ibrahimovic showed some good touches but didn't really get a chance to take against a fragile looking Van Der Sar. Berbatov was outstanding, well half right. United will probably cruise against these lot at OT, I expect Rooney to play in the second leg.

Sheringham referring to Man Utd as 'us' is so cringeworthy

Read the words next to it. It was a subtle joke. Half right- 'outstanding'

Ah, silly me. Are you Brian Conley in disguise?!

If this is the best team Italy has to offer then they should be worried because they are ****ing awful.

and that is an understatement. Looked like a poor man's Momo without the tackling. Looked so out his depth it was unreal.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

I've always thought of Adriano as a bit of a Heskey figure - unstoppable on his day but rarely in teh right frame of mind (obviously Adriano being a slightly better finisher but considerably more work shy).

He has all the tools to be a beast of a player but never seems to be arsed.

Well, supposedly Christmas time he was in a right state however since the break, he has lost some weight and Mourinho's loving management skills have made him feel a bit loved, of course.

No doubt unstoppable on his day and his recent form suggests so but he does need to work a lot more on his finishing. He had one or two good chances yesterday, should have buried at least one.
