Having a debate with somone right now who is is arguing the following.
Any of the teams in the Premiership lower than 8th place could still technically be relegated if any of the teams in places 19 through 8 were to lose all of their remaining games.
For example West Ham could still technically be relegated if they lose all of their remaining games and Newcastle or Boro win all of thiers . My argument is that the teams below couldnt all possibly lose all of their remaining games as they have to play each other still.
I dont think anyone above 14th place could be relegated based on who has to play who, but I am lazy and cant be arsed/clever enough to figure it out .
