You cry babies! Chelsea KO was justice for 'diving' says Dunne

                Ian Ladyman, 8th May 2009
                Mail Online

Manchester City captain Richard Dunne last night claimed Chelsea deserved to be knocked out of the Champions League by Barcelona because they are ‘divers’.

As Chelsea continue to bemoan what they see as an injustice at the hands of Norwegian referee Tom Henning Ovrebo, Dunne indicated they have only themselves to blame because of some of their past behaviour.

Talking before tomorrow’s derby against Manchester United, Dunne said: ‘The refs have been given rules and they have no option but to punish defenders sometimes. But there are a lot more divers as well. It has crept in more and more, but what goes around comes around. You dive around and teams score against you in injury time.’

Dunne did not specifically refer to Chelsea’s defeat by Barcelona on Wednesday, when Andres Iniesta scored the decisive equaliser in added time, but the Republic of Ireland defender has long been a critic of Didier Drogba, whose behaviour after the semi-final shocked the football world.
Oh I love you, Richard Dunne.

I think this little snippet also proves that even world class players careers are ruined when they join that mob.

Chelsea are ready to write off more than £7million by paying up the final year of Andriy Shevchenko's contract.

The Ukraine striker is supposed to go back to Stamford Bridge this summer after a miserable loan spell at AC Milan.

But Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich recognises the negative impact the 32-year-old's return would have on the dressing room and is instead prepared to pay what remains of his original four-year deal.

Just think only 12 months before he signed for them he was regarded as the best striker in the world when he played in the CL final against us. Being at the chavs must have really destroyed his confidence as he has not ben the same ever since which is a shame because he is fantastic.

How about him on free in the summer guys?

That picture is so funny. I remember that dive well. What a ****ing embarrassment.....looking at the ref as he falls!
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

The front of people like Drogba is ridiculous, getting up to **** like this and then moaning about being cheated, every bit of ridicule & punishment he gets is so very much deserved, the more the merrier. Love it.

Angry Chelsea supporters want to get their own back on Norwegian referee Tom Henning Ovrebo, who made a number of controversial decisions in the Blues' Champions League semi-final, second leg against Barcelona. They have set up an internet campaign to stop Norway winning the Eurovision song contest. (BBC Sport, full story: Daily Star)

Death threats is one thing, but preventing them from winning Eurovision?

Nah, that's taking it too far. There's a line, and these scumbags are now crossing it.
