If you just look at the player he would be excellent for every team in the PL, mentality wise maybe not so much so...
    They are decent intenational stats.

I think the last sentence is really the key point for most people. Very few doubt that he has lots of classy attributes but its how well he can apply them that is questioned.

If you're implying that i'm anti-swedish or something, that's absurd. I have no feeling either way when it comes to swedes.

It's just that everytime i've seen Zlatan play, he's been ****.

Maybe he's great in a sub standard league like Serie A, but in the CL and especially against english opposition, he's been turd and i dont think it's a given that he'd succeed in the PL. He'd have to alter his game, and his attitude.

Not implying that at all mate, just taking the piss. It´s just that a lot of englishmen don´t rate him (a lot just seeing him against 4-5 games tops I would imagine), and the norwegians want Johnny Carew to be better (as you might be able to see from the language in the first post in this thread)

Anyway, it´s all about personal choice and preferences. I rate him highly as a player, not as a person. And I totally agree with the assessment that if he wants to be considered world class everywhere he has to step up his performances is the CL.
