As for full strength, it means what it means, but the gutless authorities never uphold the rule. Officially, clubs are meant to be docked points for flouting this rule - this is why Middlesbrough, when they couldnt field a full squad for a game at Blackburn a few years back, didnt just send a youth team - because officially, they could've been docked points for it. At the end of the day, they were docked 3 points for failing to fulfil the fixture anyway.

I wouldn't slag off Ferguson for resting players, we did it in the past and would do it again if the situation arises. so I think people are reacting badly to it because it's the scum doing it now.

What I find unacceptable is that the media aren't having a go are Ferguson like they had a go at Rafa. Both did the same thing, when Ferguson does it, it's showing tactical awareness and a will to win, when Rafa did it he was showing disrespect to other clubs and English football in general. How two faced can you get.

As for Warnock I wouldn't have expected anything else from him, I hope some reporter calls him on it but I know they won't.
