For those who say, "He has finally broke his ties with our club." You should be reminded that he told the club he was going to sign a new contract in 2004, but turned around and refuses, forcing Rafa to sell or get nothing in return. Then, upon Real Madrid wanting rid, he was again offered a contract, but refused and joined the barcodes. All I can say for the player, thanks for FA Cup double in 2001, but a legend you are not and a man of your word, you are not. There are no ties with this player, none whatsoever.

Is this a guess, or have you heard from any of them??Originally posted by JohnDoe View PostThey all want us to win the league now.
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06
Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SPOT ON, gutted that someone i cheered for years & then prayed we re-signed after RM has signed for them.

Guys some of these vitriolic comments are making mancs very happy. Whilst I agree it is rather sickening to see one of our prior join the mancs, I feel that for michael it was obvious. We weren't in for him, Man U were - so go there - they are a reasonably successful club after all.
My only issue with it is that he is absolutely forbidden from winning the league with them.Really?

Never underestimate the power of a liqud breakfast!Originally posted by -V- View PostDeal done, 2 year contract. Scumbag
Michael Owen said: "I had just begun to talk to other clubs when out of the blue Sir Alex phoned me on Wednesday afternoon, invited me to have breakfast with him the next morning during which he told me that he wanted to sign me. I agreed without a moment's thought. That rug really tied the room together.

Owens main asset was his pace, which he lost a long time ago. After that he was an average striker at best. Remember the amount of one-on-ones he used to **** up.
Let the mancs have him, the cunts deserve each other.Jellyfish are 97% water or something, so how much are they doing? Just give them another 3% and make them water. It's more useful
