Calum Davenport stabbed in his own home

Just mentioned on SSN and also on West Ham's website. Calum and his mother both suffered stab wounds at home in Bedford. Calum's mum is recovering whilst Davenport himself has been in surgery all day. Reportedly suffered wounds to both legs.

Whoever attacked them are proper sick *******s hope he recovers. Best wishes to the lad and his mum

Just been reading something on 606 about this.

Some chap 'broke' the news on 606 about 1pm today (much earlier than SSN or BBC did etc). Apparently Davenport died briefly and his legs are gone.

Seems a genuine post sadly.

I'd love to know what goes through peoples minds in these situations, I'm facinated as to how someone would wake up one day and say to themselves, "right, lets go stab someone" and justify it in their head.
