And no i'm not on a wind up, when i say he's an inspiration to us all, i mean in terms of his dedication, professionalism, leadership and his never say die spirit. He said himself he was never the most gifted of players but he more than made up any lack of technical ability and so on with them qualities.
I'd be shocked if we seen his like again.
FFS you have really lost the plot!

As stated earlier, get yourself onto redcafe. Then have a communal wankfest with those tossers

He was a tit of the highest order !

Dedicated to himself, professional ! - This is the guy who went out looking to end someones career. This is the fella that stuck two fingers up at his country and fellow players by walking out of the World Cup.

Never say die ! He ran a mile from Sunderland when his idiotic signings failed to workout.

Off the pitch, he is a moody so and so, very much unliked by media and those that work with him/for him.

Great player perhaps, but what a cock of a man.

Anyway Marky, I thought you preferred Arsenal !
I make no apologies, this is me

Although having said that......since he's become a manager he's grown on me. Quite a lot. Always had a grudging respect for him but it's difficult to maintain that when you think of his pre-meditated assault on Haaland. About as disgraceful as it gets.

I think he's a **** manager - he took Sunderland up, but when faced with moving on spends £6m on that gimp from Newcastle - Chopra. Either Keane was still pissed off at Quinn and thought I blow £6m to get back at you, or he was on the take or finally he's feckin clueless.

Add in some of his other signings and I'd go for the latter (just about)

Has he won a game at ipswich yet ?

Oh I totally agree he's a **** manager (his list of purchases at Sunderland is atrocious) but I like what he has to say these days....he tells it like it is, unlike the bland majority.

I liked Keane as a player and with hindsight its easy to say yeah, we should have got him instead of clough, but thats life and as much as I enjoyed watching him play, albeit grudgingly, he does seem to have been a bit of a ****.

Great player though and I like him for that reason alone.

I still can't bring myself to respect/like him though, but yes he is quite vocal instead of the usual bollocks. Mind you, with his list of **** players bought, the excuses about the referee usually run out after 5-6 weeks.

                          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Who do you admire most? Keane or Gerrard? Who would you rather have?
