TBH all I've seen of the incident is this photo.

But regardless of what happenned he's a professional footballer paid a fortune to play the game of football.

Last I heard ****ting someone who as his hands held behind his back doesn't fall into the JD for that.

Regardless of justification he deserves a ban, he was under no threat from him, he should have just walked away and let teh stewards / cops handle it.

he had no reason to go acting the big man running up to a guy being restrained to give him lip. He's a dickhead. They should both be punished.

tried to wait till i had calmed down a bit before joining in this thread as I knew what it'd be like

firstly - i agree with fredo to some extent, United were by far the better team and sickingly deserved the 3 points in terms of performance. That said, they should never have got them! - the injury time was shocking! the referee took the piss and bottled it

City - well they were poor, completley outclassed - Barry and Ireland were just spectators, certainly in the 2nd half - I was screaming at the tv - city just looked ****ing knackered from the start of the 2nd half. - ireland gave the ball away every time he touched it. - Credit to Bellamy yesterday two great goals to cap a great performance
