wasn't there a big kick off that there was nothing in the rulings about seedings for the play offs and it was going to be randomly drawn, and once fifa(blatter) realised that france/portugal/germany were all going to be in the play offs and could potentially get tough draws and not qualify they swiftly decided to seed the teams don't u just love fifa

it was undecided, but as soon as they realised they could have a world cup without france, portugal/c. ronaldo, germany/or millions pouring into SA from russian oligarghs they priviliged the top teams once again

good news is that we haven't lost a match against the russians and long may it continue
